Jet Airways is a airline service providing company. I have recently traveled through Jet Airlines and I felt disappoint after using it because they are not at punctual in starting their flight on time. They have wasted my 45 mins at the airport itself, even though I did check-in 1.5 hours before the scheduled time. Also the crew were keep on changing the gate for departure till the last moment which was uncomfortable for all the passengers.
