Once I bought a pair of walking shoes non branded online on Jabong. The size and colour was selected at a discounted price offered by them.
Delivery came after 10 days and size nor colour matched what was selected Online. After speaking to customercare, they said they will check and get back to me.
Later in the day the customercare lady called and said that the size was available but not the colour and that they could dispatch the shoes to me and I need not return the previous pair. In a few days time.
The shoes came to me free of cost and so now I had a complimentary pair too. Though they were not the colours I had chosen and quite odd colour, maybe they were lying in their stock.
