Received Counterfeit product, So NOT reliable. Review on Jabong

Jabong.com has given me the worst online shopping experience ever. I orderd Nike liteforce lll grey sneaker for an amount of 2366 Rs. from Jabong.com. You won't believe, the sole of those sneakers were hardly holding up. It's like they have send me some duplicate second hand shoes fixed with fevi stick. I was furious and when I called customer support for complaint, they said that it was a fault from seller's end and they can't do anything about it. I initiated refund after a long talk involving not so good words and it took them 13 day to process refund. I can't say if they left any criteria for giving worst shopping experience.I never brought anything online for about 8 months after that, then I finally moved to amazon.If you want to but some genuine branded product like shoes, bags or anything for that matter, I strongly recommend that you do not walk anywhere near Jabong.com.See the image attached. It would be a nightmare for you. It's a dying business trying to get anything they ger their hands on.
