Good evening Friends, Today I am sharing my experience with Jabong.com. Hope it would help all of you.
I had purchased a titan watch from jabong.com in december 2015 with order id order no-151215344287221. I received that watch in demaged condition & when I marked a mail to return that watch they replied " The Product is under manufacturer's warranty, so We can not replace this item or can not provide you the refund, Please talk to the company service centre". Then when I had a talk with Titan they told me the product I received is a duplicate one & jabong.com has denies to take it back. so my whole money goes in ruin.
I will never recommend any one to shop on jabong.com
