I ordered a book from infibeam on 25/07/2014. The order was never delivered to me. I started complaining after fooling me around for one month a task in which they are masters and calling them again and again wherein I was returned by a repeated pretext one time that the same is being looked into, at other the ordered is cancelled and refund will be processed and finally that the book has been delivered.
After filing a written request they started showing on web that the same is being shipped and when I emailed them that I am filing a case with consumer forum Gwalior MP they started displaying since on book my packet web page that the order has been delivered in early august some 20 days later.
I will be filing a law suit against them irrespective of the order value and expenses that I'll have initially to incur bu ADVICE ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM SUCH LOOTERS. They are worse than robbers who rob you at gunpoint.
Even if one is allured to order some product on their website prefer the COD facility and never pay in advance to get robbed.
The case is against Order No. 13376545 and book my packet packet No. 95142004
