Hello everyone, I ordered some office stuff from industrybuying.com on 16 September 2017 and it was more than 10 days after purchasing products but my order didn't delivered till now . I called customer care support and a representative gave me some courier tracking no of Delhivery courier services but when I am trying to track my order on delhivery website or on there customer care services with there tracking no, they are saying that no courier is dispatched and booked with this tracking no. Customer care service just gave me some fake tracking no of delhivery courier services to make me fool . After some days I again called customer care services and they are saying that your order will be deliver in 2 to 3 days but it's been 6 days after last call and I didn't received it yet . This is the most fraud company I have ever seen in my life . While purchasing the product I have a online transaction of Rs 12, 467, Now who is going to pay me that money if my order didn't delivered . They are very irresponsible in there customer support and didn't cooperate with customer's isuue .
