I am using Citibank IOC card too from almost 8 years on-wards. Just earned and accumulated the reward points from the beginning.
At that time I don't have any vehicle and I am in a confusion mode, how can I utilize those rewards. Anyway, just continued using this card for 6 years and earned, accumulated around 6000 points.
At last, I bought a two wheeler(Honda Activa - i) at end of 2013 and then I started redeeming City IOC rewards for Fuel.
Overall, I got the fuel for free for more than one year. Then, I understood the real benefit of the Citibank IOC card and it's IOC rewards as well. Finally, This card's rewards are very very useful for the people who can use it for Fuel.
