Once they get your money for 5 years. You are trapped. They don't have local tech, no whatsapp calling, no video help, they just ask you to power off , remove hdmi cable and some basic guidance . They don't solve the issue. Keep saying your tv might be incompatible, etc. Some lame excuses. But they box keep giving problems. It won't start. It has to be rebooted like everytime we start it gives problem after we shutdown the tv.
“One of the worst decisions of my life to go with them they don't care after they get your money for 5 years plan. Even if the box breaks you will have to buy a new box it seems. And they don't have any local tech support or video call or WhatsApp call available. They don't care the issue we face. They just ask to restart the box by removing power cable. So horrible experience overall. Will never recommend
