Hello Everyone,
I am using their android device since a year now, after 6 months of usage I started observing first issue, however it was minor, I called them and reported them. since a month after their technical support problem increased and I am not a login to my account. Their technical team informed me that Issue with the instrument, however they will sending new device. so far nothing had happened, when ever I call them, they say they will need few hours to respond. However those Few hours never happened. Worst service.
