Well I bought a pair of shoe from India mart. India mart is very famous website for those who wants to buy products online in cheaper rates.
But need some improvement in the company return policy. but to be honest I am not at all happy with the quality provided by india mart . service and support needs to improve a lot. I am not happy with their customer support .
They need improvement and take some standard brands which are not available on this website. Same happen with my friend. sometime I could not find full depth information about the product which I wanted to buy.however I am not impressed with the website loading time and the way they designed it is nice.
I am not telling that they are cheating or poor website all I want to tell them is they need to improve and yes they can improve because of their large number of customers.but right now I would like to advice to stay away from this websit. Actually if you want buy something than try something else. Because you get some good discount with other website.
