I am having the worst experience of my life in closing my loan with Indiabulls. This company runs after you for selling the loan but when you want to close the loan, the make you run a lot,
It took me more than two months to get the foreclosure letter(I got it only after writing several times to the top brass and the grievance cell). When I finally received the letter, there is a 2% foreclosure charge(plus 18% GST) amounting to 1.8 lacs of unncessary charges!
As per RBI guidelines, there is no foreclosure charge on loans to individuals and despite sriting several letters to Indiabulls, there is no decent response. Another month has passed and I have paid an unnecessary one month's interest of 60, 000.
Everybody cautioned me when I was taking loan from Indiabulls and I now understand the reason why.
A complete dishonest company that loots you of your hard earned money.
If it were in my control, I would give a negative 5 rating to this fraud company.
