I ordered a set of personalized whisky glasses, the quality of the glass itself firstly is absolutely poor and secondly the packaging and delivery is below acceptable standard especially if there are fragile items. I received both the glasses shattered and there’s been no assistance from IGP apart from automated emails since 2-3 weeks. Online customer care puts me on hold for 5-6 mins and automatically gets disconnected. Appears to be a non existent customer service and definitely worth avoiding this platform for any purchase
