I pre ordered flower arrangements 4 days prior to my mother's birthday. On the day of her birthday the flowed were delivered in faded and miserable condition. I was extremely disappointed.


I placed another order for lillies early morning on the day of her birthday and it never got delivered.


Such a horrible experience.
