Pathetic experience. Review on Igp

Hi sir

in regards to order with order id 12565044 and selected date as 16 th August 2024 andI have to cancel as igp.com officials not sharing exact timelines....I have escalated to multiple other people like Dattatray manager Mitchel and also Ankur Gupta but all were moving things towards cancellation.

1. Order delayed because order was lying in jaipur for so many days and dispatched on delivery date that is 16th August 2024 and there was not change in status of order.

   
   




2. Order delayed because my multiple complaints were not answered and went unheard.

   
   




3. Order cancelled because customer care never escalated concern and always given false promises and even fooled me on calls

   
   




4. Order lying in Vrindavan city still you people not able to deliver and when I escalated all gave blame to courier partner and said we can't do much. I have screenshot and call recording for same if you wish I can share

   
   

I asked email id of ceo, everyone denied.

All fooled me, spoiled my festival rakshabandhan by denying delivery and not promising on timelines and I beleive it was forcing to cancel order.

I lost all trust from igp.com and will not place any order in future and will not recommend to anyone. Will share my experience on each and every website.

This is pathetic experience........with trust lost..... finally as they all want I requestedto cancel my order and issue refund as I was not having any option left.

I suffered and spoiled my festival and I only heard sorry from igp.com team with no regrets or attempt to deliver order just blamed courier partner . Looks like courier partner delivering orders by auto rickshaw or cycle.....worst pathetic experience.

Then I went through reviews of igp.com which shows ur doing same with every customer.

I cancelled order as no option left and ordered from reliable site. It was my mistake completely I choose and trusted igp.com. Fake promises made with fake timelines given.
