I purchased Senorita washing machine for my old parents going by the brand name of IFB to realize that it has one of the worst customer service on the earth.
They just simply are not bothered to attend issues after sales. We are tired of calling the toll free number given which gets directed to various other numbers and nothing happens.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE IFB WASHING MACHINES AND SPREAD THIS MESSAGE TO OTHERS SO THAT THERE WONT BE FURTHER CAUSALITIES OF THIS BRAND.
