Its IFB, so no issues with the product. good hardy product.very heavy. washes clothes silently. only CON is takes a very long WASH CYCLE of 1.5 Hrs per wash.
Also you might have to shell around 3 K extra on stand, hard/soft water converter and on the stabilizer.
Just call IFB for installation. Ensure you get an invoice in your e-mail with the necessary info before you call IFB customer care.
It is very good product and clean the cloths .
