IDFCFIRST is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
This is first time I am writing review after 6 months of account opening
First condition to open an account in this bank is 25000 while others are opening at just rs 10000 for savings account
Its ok to open an account with this amount but The bad service I am using is bad experinece for executive
they didn't treat me well
Its look like I came into a govt bank
When I go to cashier counter they refused me to print the statement they said that the we have no passbook
then they applied my credit card and didnt fill my application completely
due to this idfc reject when I ask they said that my credit score is less than 750 but actually it was 863
whenever I got an offer in mobile banking when ever I tried to apply for a new card then its always shows try again later
i contacted the customer care they said that you have applied earlier for the card and the previous application was not closed
But they didnt listen
Due to the fault of their employees I am facing the problems
I never suggest anyone to open an account in this bank
