They need only and only rich people who don't bother if you cut their pocket here and there. For everything they will show you rules rather than providing services, they discourage you to come to their Branch.
When they started I was working with RIL, they open their counter at our office at Ghansoli Navi Mumbai and open my account with lots of insistence. Later when I interacted at their Branch at Kharghar, I was very disappointed with their rude behaviour, as if they are obliging me (their customers). So I decided to close my account with them rather enhance business relationship.
