Hi,
I have taken the personal loan of 20L from IDFC bank on march 2019. They have sent an email that money has disbursed on 1-mar-2019, but they gave me the DD only after 15 days. I raised a complaint to customer care several times and sent email also. Initially they acknowledged that they will take care and arrange the call from manager. last 1 month they are not responding to email, and their customer care number is not connecting. Today luckily I got connected to the customer service and the representative saying I'm luck that I'm paying only for 15 days of additional interest but there are customers who are paying interest for a months also.
More than paying the additional interest I'm really frustrated with this response from the bank. This is the worst ever bank I have interacted so far in my life. I request if any one from IDFC bank officer came to read this complaint would take necessary action against both the rep and the refund of overcharge.
