7 months struggled with pesky calls & SMS on caller tunes, offers on recharge and SMS on offers (each sms 10 times like ramzaan Quran quotes, 40 SMS on Babes photos & Videos). I complained 8 times each time lengthy mail particularly 2 times with call details and SMS (Even though all these were sent by these morons from IDEA Cellular). Every time I thought this time they will stop all these, if I would have known this then first time would have used number portability.
I lodged consumer forum for 10Lakhs compensation and decided will go till National Consumer forum Delhi to get max compensation.
customer service will disconnect your call if you are trying to give complaint for pesky calls and also call takes 10-15 minutes.
Also Idea fellows suddenly will disconnect your service and send message that we haven’t received your documents even though repeatedly informed. So u needs to submit again by leaving all your work without time.
