I was purchased idea 4g sim after seen its advertisement on tv and internet, I was thought it must be good at this price and internet must be good then airtel and docomo. but they just disappointed me with their worst service. first at all the speed is very slow. it takes much time to download app and movies. the customer service is not good too even they never answered my calls. I lost network coverage many times. its worst then airtel and docomo. Docomo provide faster internet service then idea. overall im not satisfied with their service.
