Network: Good network is the basic requirement of the customer they look from the mobile operator. The network coverage of Idea is the most worst. The 4G and 3G signals are very pathetic. I hardly get good 4G or 3G network signals. The internet speed is very slow compared to the other mobile operator. I ahve complained to the customer are service several times regarding the network issues but till now no resolution has been received.
Customer Service: The customer service is also not up to the mark. I have complained several times regarding the network issues and slow internet speed. But every time failed to provide me any resolution.
Charges and Billing: Idea is of the costliest mobile operator. Their charges are on the higher side. But compared to the charges their service is on the lower side.
