I am not a account customer of IDBI bank but for deposition of fees in my college I had to make payment by demand draft. I reached IDBI bank gomti nagar branch, Lucknow for issue of demand draft. I deposited the amount to the cashier and he said me to collect the demand draft after half an hour. I came back after half an hour the demand draft was not ready.
I asked them for demand draft and they said me the internet server is not working. I waited for 2 hours in the bank still the demand draft was not completed. I argued with the bank manager he assured me to collect the demand draft next day. Finally I got my demand draft next day. The Bank took lot of time in making demand draft as other bank make it in 15-20 minutes only. I got very bad experience with this bank in terms of quality of service.
