ICICI Lombard thinks like auto fellows. I.e. Always want to cheat but don't think that customer will not take policy next time. I took policy from ICICI Lombard, while renewing, they added by default pillion rider insurance premium, why I need to pay? It is not allowing to remove pillion rider from policy without going to their office. Its always cheating with ICICI products.
I recommend that IFFCO Tokio Insurance is cheap and good(I don't know about claim as I have not claimed) as seen among all (ICICI, Bharti Axa, Bajaj- Difficult to renew online as seen earlier).
