I cannot explain this ....but I would very politely put it that one must not go to an icici atm services ...well I am not sure about the other branches but yes about one at Navi Mumbai its horrible they have huge branches there for mutual funds life insurance ...but some how they cannot make sure as to how to maintain the atm service ...half the time its out of order ....then long q's....and then no light....cards getting stuck...etc...this is really pathetic I mean if I need cash on urgent basis u tell me what should I do????? or if u in my place how would u react.....as for now I no longer bank with them poor service has left me as a very unsatisfied customer....
