6 months before I have applied for opening a zero balance savings account with ICICI Kottarakara branch as per the Prime Minister's Jan Dhan Niyoyana Plan.
The excecutives told me that I will get the account kit within 7 days. But I received the kit after 2 months. In that kit I get visa card instead of Rupay card. I contacted the banker and they said Rupay card will be delivered shortly.
Until this time I did not get the Rupay card and the visa card is blocked now. Again I contacted the banker and they cannot find a solution for this problem.
