I am using icici bank saving account from last 5 years
I am not facing any issue with service of icici bank
you can do everything from your house on internet
like funds transfer, cheque book request, recharge.
no need to visit to branch for anything
I deposite amount at cash deposite machine at some atm mostly either need to visit branch
and at branch you no need to visit any person
everything personal banking
if you want to mini statement no need to fill form and pay charge
there is set a machine login to portal with swipe atm or userid where you can print satatement yourself, change atm pin many more feautures you can do yourself
just loved it
