Hi, everyone, I want to share with you about the services from ICICI bank. I am a good customer and takes loans also. Two years back I had taken the personal loan on my salary. They provide good internet banking, phone banking facilities but their customer services are really worst. ATM facilities are also very rear in my location. Suddenly I had planned for the home loan and needs to close the personal loan in an emergency. I called for the cusomer support, they said that it will be not possible unless you finished the personal loan. I requested them they told me that they will give me the home loan based on higher interest. I refused and after a great struggle and with the help of the LIC member I closed it. It was the worst part of their services. SO I got disappointed with their services for a trusted member. I then shifted to HDFC bank for taking home loan where I can complete my loan process very safely without any tensions.
