Hey, I purchased this laptop about 3 months back. In startingit works fine but slowly slowly the condition gets worsen and now even in starting window it took around 10 min.Even after starting the window it gets hang for around 5 min. Too many background apps already opens after starting window. The service is not good and I'm completely disappointed with this laptop. Please don't purchase it.
