I have HP Pavilion 13x360 PC laptop. Battery performance is very poor, I have changed the battery once and again it's gone in 1 year, the cost of battery is above 7000 INR, it's costly. I have contacted HP customer support several times in last 2 months and they gave me contact detail of their nearest authorized service center: iQor Global Services India Pvt. Ltd but not getting any support from authorized service center and also no response from HP India customer support to resolve the issue. This is the best example of worst customer service in addition to poor quality product of HP.
