The cyber cafe I visit often to take xerox and print outs use this printer too but when they use this printer to take xerox, it does not come clear. You can see black lines and spots everywhere and its not like you will face this once, in my case it was every time I took the xerox. The print out is quite good and clear.
The issue persists during colour xerox too. Inappropriate colouring occurs and colour can be seen at the places consisting of only white or plain sheet. Anyhow, the paper handling and other functionality of the printer are quite easy to use.
Considering overall quality I do not think this product has got the value for money.
