Fraud by Hotstar.com. Review on Hotstar

I subscribed for premium Hotstar.com,which gives unlimited access to premium channels, content for 2 months! I completed registration n I was sent an promo code along with link where in I could use the promo code to complete subscription. I followied all the steps, as suggested.

After subscribing successfully, I tried logging in, but I was unable to! I reached out to customer care, they came up with bizzare excuses!

I was told I will be unable to access url /website in US, but why was I allowed to use promo code, create login and complete registration?

Hotstar is a fraud company misleading customers, duping them of money,not even providing them with good quality videos! Does Hotstar have the rights to stream these videos? or even copyright for the TV series?

This company need tii be banned and all the people who have been cheated need to be provided justice! I have subscribed to 2 months , and completed registration. I need access to Hotstar US else I need my money back!
