Hii, Hotel Sharanam which is located in Thane is one of the bad service providers I have experience in my life. As we all see in hotels cleanness and staffs behaviour are core priority which is missing in this hotel. Rooms are not properly clean. When we complain about what they say, room service will be there after 5 mines but unfortunately that 5 mins never come.
Staffs are not so polite as we accept to be. Even they don't know to speak English also which is very important nowadays. Quality of rooms are good but not as expected, if we look money we are paying for that room their room comes on average quality. I will recommend everyone not to try their service in their life.
