Hotel grand amba comes under Bilaspur's most popular hotels
Many months ago I booked 2 rooms there for 5000perday per room
My grandparents were to live there
They during night time it was time for dinner all of us were hungry
I orderd paneer masala and tandoori and other dinner food
They took my order and then we waited for almost 45minutes when I went down to enquire for food
They're like did you gave any order sir?
Imean literally it was hungry angry time of mine
I shouted at the manager and gave my order again
Then after the time span of 1 and half hour they made effort to give us something to eat
We started to eat it
The gravy of the paneer masala was badly burnt in taste
And the tandoori were tough as stones
My family didn't ate that night anything and the money of 1500 was wasted over the burnt foods
Next day we shift to other hotel
We all badly regret going there
I recommend you if you're staying there please left the place as soon as possible
There are many other good hotel available please don't waste your food money and time there
