CEO Rating

To give you my own first hand experience as a owner of a plot of farm unit in Hosachiguru, it has been horrible.

At the time of selling their product, they treat you very nice with many promises. For me, Hosachiguru management assured that it is a very good investment which will keep on appreciating in value multiple times and at any time in future, investor can release/sell the property for which the management promised/assured to provide full assistance.

To my specific query that if there are no takers at the time I want to sell my plot, management had assured at the time of investment that, there will be lot of buyers, however in such an unlikely situation, Hosachiguru management promises to get your property sold. With this understanding, we went ahead with the investment in 2020 and have been regularly paying heavy maintenance charges of over Rs.60000 every year since then.

However, due to some unforeseen personal developments, we have been wanting to dispose off the plot at the earliest and have approached the Hosachiguru management. It's over six months that the Hosachiguru management has not been helping us in any manner in disposing off our plot and have left us high and dry. After repeated followup, we have been categorically told to look for a prospective buyer on our own and have disowned their promise/assurance made at the time of investment.

The true story is, Hosachiguru management is only interested in launching new projects & focusing on selling their own unsold inventory with scant regard to servicing existing plot owners. Hosachiguru continues to aggressively market their projects on print and other electronic media and market their products through live web seminars & conducted farm visits & even now continue to promise prospective investors of full assistance for resale of their investments. This amounts to false promises & cheating.
