I booked this hotel online for 2 days in the month of september. Honestly my overall experience with this property was disappointing. As I entered in my room cant tell you how badly it was stinking. I was shocked to see the used spoon which was lying witj the electric kettle and other cutlery was also not clean. Room service was very poor, I ordered butter toast for my son and it took 35 minutes to deliver it to my room. Staff was not at all supported. bed sheets amd towels were also not properly clean and the worst part was WIFI. . I cant understand this thing if WiFI is not propey available then whats the use of keeping it .Totally worthless hotel
