Product quality in Homeshop18. Review on Homeshop18

Hi guys, I want to share my experience with Homeshop18. Homeshop18 shows wide range of products. We

purchased KingStar Mixer-grinder. This product has multiple jars which are very purposeful with lids to store in a

refrigerator, but I am not satisfied at all with the quality of the product. Jar of the mixer got damaged, but there is no

proper service centre.

Customer Service:- There are no local customer service centres for the products they are showing in the channel.

They do tell us about warranty, but they will not provide any replacement of the product.

Delivery Timeliness:- Delivery of the product is good, but they do send before their stipulated time. We are facing

problems about this type of timeliness because if we are out of station, we are unable to take our product.

App & Websites:- Search functionality of a product in Homeshop18 website is very poor and display of the product is

unclear.

Reliabilty:- We can rely upon Homeshop18 channel and app and it is easy to use anyone and order any product that is

shown.
