Last weekend I ordered a Blackberry Curve 8520 from Home Shop 18 online. Promised delivery time on their site is 4-5 business days. I ordered it as gift for an occasion, but delivery time not met. Worst part, when I received the delivery, it is a purple coloured phone not black as shown on HS18 wbsite. I have called to complain but already realised that their response time is very very poor. Could not find an email address for communicating. THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE SITE FOR ONLINE PURCHASING
