Homelane is a team of unqualified and arrogant so-called Designers.
They are just a bunch of newbies who have been taught to do drag and drop
They are just a bunch of cheaters who have no attention to customer details and complaints go on deaf ears on their even arrogant managers.
The designer:
sneaked in middle size handle of a model when we had asked for biggest size and even after having a proof of that on whatsapp his manager is playing word games instead of owning to his mistake that why a middle size handle was put and is telling us that we should have read every colour code and panel size and panel colour and its size in the 50+ pages long billing items details before signing.
on study unit , a model and size which was never discussed on approved on any forum is put.
The designer whose whole work was done by us and had zero contribution in designs or feasibility checks had clearly been told in pre execution document to correct the colours however mr dheeraj was completely incapable of following such clear and basic instructions and has sent different colour panels in our execution....our bedroom is a mix of greys and yellows now.
our designer dheeraj was showing us double door study in design discussions and sneaked in a single door handle without asking us or mentinoning he silently sneaked that in our bills and had the audacity to tell me that double door is not available when questioned why this was changed without approval from us.
5.even after all these issues untill you have it in your 50+ pages panels billing contract.....it is ur fault that you signed that document trusting them and trusting that the design you are being shown in design sessions and discussions will be honoured.
but no its the designer's will what he adds in the bills and colours is what will be honoured and no other conversations that were agreed upon to on whatapp or other discussions which their QA is also accepting.
Mr sudhendu the manager of our designer is a complete cheater and will take days to find such loopholes and cheat customers and Dont waste your peace of mind with such money mongers who are their in market to loot and cheat people instead of owning up to their mistakes and grow my learning
They are growing by cheating people and not by accepting and correcting their faults.
