Now-a-days, there is a movement for everything, from #metoo to #can’tbehim, but still why crimes go unreported.
Is it the fear of society and in case of travel tour predators, is it Facebook, that what people will think that they did not enjoy the tour. May be all of these and just in case the crime is committed by our own, then we just go completely silent.
And yes, SBS Lidder is from our fraternity, yes, he is a retired Army officer. However it was unimaginable that they do not have any concept of consumer satisfaction in a consumer driven industry which they claim to be working in for more than three decades.
Sadly, the concept of consumer or customer satisfaction is pretty alien to the Forces and that is exactly what you will get if you avail the services of Holiday Bash International or Kaleidoscope Travel Consultants.
So, the Lidders are true to their upbringing, not their mistake, LOL. It was indeed our mistake that we got conned by their promises.
