Unprofessional, Unresponsive. Review on Henryharvin

I enrolled in Henry Harvins Frenchcourse, but this has been one of the most disappointing experiences. I made the payment, but no batch was allotted to me for over a month. During that time, I tried contacting my relationship manager multiple times via call and message no response at all. I also sent an email, but again, no reply.

To make it worse, the instructor randomly changed the class timing without informing me, which completely disturbed my schedule. How can any institute change schedules without asking the student?

After all this, when I requested a refund, they declined it, saying it was a partial payment even though I did not get any proper service or class in return. Their excuse is just to avoid accountability.

Totally unprofessional, careless, and irresponsible. If you're looking for quality education and basic customer service, avoid Henry Harvin. They just take your money and stop caring.
