I booked hebron travel for the first time, I really got upset from coimbatore to chennai through goibibo the ticket was confirmed departure time at 2pm .
I started from home for traveling I got a message saying today the bus was canclled due to breakdown I called 2-3times hebron customer care nobody was respond after 4th time they respond saying amount will refund but they should arrange alternative bus so sad
