Also the HDFC provides its dedicated app in which you can check your account balance, account statement, transfer money to hdfc and non hdfc accounts theough NEFT and IMPS.
One dont need to stand in bank's long queue as these services are available to you anytime anywhere. Also the customer service is good as they listen to all of your problems and try to resolve them as soon as possible.
