I would say HDFC Bank is much better than ICICI Bank when it comes to Banking. ICICI Bank has got less number of branches than HDFC and HDFC Bank is also doing well when it comes to customer relation when compared with ICICI. I am holding a savings account with ICICI Bank for over a period of 4 year. There are multiple ATM networks in my area and they are well maintained properly. Mobile banking application is well designed with all banking options.
