Dear Friends, I have very closely experienced HDFC bank as a customer as well as as an employee, so I know the pros and cons of HDFC Banks. But fortunately it has very rare limitations as compare to the benefits it offers to its customers.
It Strongly follows its tag line "We Understand Your World" where customer is always king. HDFC is having a Wide range of Products which is hardly seen in any other private or public sector Banks. It has balanced Assets product as well as liability products very well to manage its portfolio of products to satisfy the customers in the best possible manner.
As a private sector bank, even a small query of a customer is taken very seriously and resolved very quickly within prescribed time boundary. Here in HDFC bank they are having a policy of Turn Around Time according to which a customer which is entered in a branch must be satisfied with it's aimed work in branch within a specified time decided by the bank to delight the customer.
So, According to These good Customer centric policies, I would definitely recommend this bank.
