I have taken housing loan from hdfc meerut branch. The annoying thing is lack of clarity. The sales associate kept hiding information and other critical terms and conditions. I came to know about hidden charges and process after deduction of three pre emi interest.
And when I called the sale guy and he was so reluctant. I simply felt cheated. At least its the responsibility of the bank representative to tell banking process. I felt so cheated and decided not to go any further loan from hdfc in future.
