1) I have many its regarding deposit twice 100 Rs charged when I my self deposited the money in my account........make sure the money is not charged while you deposit cash.
2) had balance of round 61000 which was in 3 FDs 2 booked thru the net and one from a bank representative .....my cheque returned and 350 rs charged ....for bouncing...... disgusting in front of my customers........simple I transferred all my money to ICICI and Axis bank....
3) Had to show the Account statement to consulate for shangen visa bank charged 100 Rs but was not up to date.....had to run to my office get a net banking print and again back to bank for stamp for which again they wasted my 1 hour this was at Andheri Ahura branch ...this is what bank calls service...and correct me if I am wrong and there is no complaint cell......and money is never returned...for those higher ups this is my a/c no 01751140006363.....
4) The bank should remember that we are not beggars.....who come begging round couple of hundred rupees......neither we have some one in Dubai for source of money...........or we are not slaves of British era.....whom masters put in some banks for slaves.....where customer service was the last thing..
5) And for the bank managers who see my grievance....and if at all read or given MBA Finance exams honestly on marketing "remember Philip Kotlers 3 Rule Never Blame the customer for your deficency" here your bank just don't blame it penalises as well.......I may be wrong.........but not all like me..
