My experience with HDFC is not so good, I really abhor this bank as it made my life almost hell, they do not even cancel my account that I have been trying from last few months. I do not even use HDFC account anyhow since 2014 but they still charging me in the name of maintenance or demat and few more silly reasons. I have complaint to managers and even to more senior employees but they do not listen. All they want is money from their customers but zero resolutions.
Customer care people also talk with rude behaviour because they are trained this way that do not listen customer query just dominate them. I will not recommend this bank to invest your money, you will get nothing but the problem
