I am holding saving account from long time, they shifted my ordinary saving account to preferred account, and started charging rs. 100. quarterly under service charges. no bank in india charges on saving bank account. secondly I was forced to open dmat account and told that no charges will be deducted as I am preferred account holder, again they deducted rs.350 for dmat charges, staff don't have full knowledge about product. its on line banking software is good. As per my experience kotak bank is one of the best bank in this industries
