I am a regular customer of HDFC bank.IMPS Fund Transfer issue also not helping for staff members who working there.
Charge card connected over 30 days however did not get any data who customers blame staff members. HDFC bank is not good because there are lot of banks in competition and are also god ervice providers than this bank.Hdfc is the wrost commercial bank in mu rating list.I opened a savings account some months back.First and foremost they demand too many documents only then they will open a account for you .
HDFC has that conditions which are not good. They are not open an account for less than 5000. If bychance you left money in account less than 5000 then they will charge for you and get your money.
This bank has not provide god customee service. I was applied for credit card and they rejected my application because they want me to save lot of money in account. On the other hand I got credit card at this money from another.
